• Certificates recognize course completion but are not academic degrees or guarantees of employment.

4. Payments and refunds

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice for new purchases.
• Self-paced courses: 14-day refund if under 25% progress. Live cohorts: deadlines posted on each course page.
• Taxes may apply based on your location.

5. User content and conduct

• You retain ownership of your artwork. You grant us a limited license to display it within the platform for educational purposes (e.g., critiques).
• No harassment, hate speech, plagiarism, or spam. Respect the Community Pledge.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, including videos, text, and exercises, are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce or share materials outside the platform without permission.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees of specific artistic or financial outcomes. Practice and results vary by individual effort and context.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perspective Nova, its affiliates, and instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination
